On my 07 Burb LT, The power door locks dont always unlock. When I use the key fob, the drivers door always unlock, and after two presses all the doors unlock except for the drivers rear door. 95% of the time it doesn't. I would then have to manually unlock it. There are random times that it will unlock but it is extremely rare. The same goes for the passenger front. Most of the time it will unlock with the key fob, 10% of the time it won't. My drivers for lock/unlock switch doesn't work, but the passenger lock/unlock switch does. All doors does unlock when the car is put into park, and when I use the key fob to lock the vehicle. I know I going to have to throw some parts at this to get all this sorted out. Where should I start first?

might be time try try some fresh lithium grease on the mechanical parts, take off the door panel and lube anything that moves or slides in there against another object, may as well do the window regulator guides while you are in there.

So putting truck in park always unlocks all doors, but using the remote, passenger front and driver rear unlock intermittently?

I'm guessing those actuators are having a tougher time with lower voltage when truck is not running..

(need lube as doub said, or new locks)

Driver switch, you might try and clean the switch contacts or buy a new switch module I'm guessing..

I had an issue a while back where the rod attached to the lock would push the lock cockeyed so it wouldn’t pop up. When you follow Wes’s advice of lubing stuff you’ll see it if that’s one of the problems.

Is it the same with all remotes? Are the batteries good?
I only have one remote, and it has fresh batteries. Even with using the power lock switch on the door, only the driver and passenger rear door unlocks. The Passenger front and driver rear has minds of their own. They almost never unlock with the the remote or when pressing the unlock switch. They will lock when I switch from park to drive, and 20% of the time they will not unlock when I shift to park.

Thanks, I will try that. I have to replace one door handle before I go to paint, So I will jump in there and do that. So I shouldn't have to replace the actuators? Currently this is my driver's side rear door handle and how it sits.

applying lubrication may or may not resolve the problem, it certainly couldn't hurt.
as mentioned though it could also be voltage related, a weak battery or perhaps a poor ground somewhere in the mix
if the battery is a unknown age or is more than 3 years old you might want to have it tested, clean up the battery post's EVEN if they "look ok"
another thing to clean is the mega fuse connections on the firewall, take the fuse off and wire brush all sides and connectors.
these trucks do weird things when the voltage is not up to *****
if the battery test shows it to be "borderline" then perhaps consider a new one.

Definitely not the battery. That's brand new. I'm going to try lubing up every thing in the doors, and see how that goes.

can't tell you how many times we have heard the battery is brand new lol
just saying,,,,, new doesn't rule it out, had a "new" one in my wifes truck, she went in the store came out and no start, then it started and she made it home
I checked it with a meter showed 12.*** volts, but..... it wouldn't even roll a window down, trying to roll a window down and checking with a meter showed a voltage drop to 5volts, release the window switch back up to 12.xx volts (bad battery)
