is there any way to clean it on the inside? it just stopped working and i know its the switch because all the other switches work and so does the key fab thingy

you try but i think the casing is a little harder to pop open. i have a feeling tho they may turn out to be sealed surface mount PCB switches tho. at any rate if you get it open grab some good pics. will save them for reference.

well after further investigation i got the case open and it looks like its just held in with little copper twist things (ill post pics a little later)...but after checking the other 2 switches none of them work now. i dont know if there is a separate fuse or something but im going to find out... i really dont want to have to go through all the wiring

there was a separate fuse that blew. the other switches i was talking about were the other lock switches.. pics are in order from removing it from the door molding to mostly disassembled . it looks like if you needed just the one rocker switch and not the whole panel, you could twist those little copper tabs and slip it out. i didnt do it because this is after i figured it was the fuse
