Valve cover leak won’t cause a misfire or a CEL. Something else is the issue.
Even if it’s been leaking for awhile now? I’m also going to start with replacing the spark plug wires. I’ve replaced the spark plugs about 2 months ago.

As has been pointed out, a flashing CEL indicates a misfire, and that is definitely not something you want to drive around and ignore. You need to get some kind of scanner on there, which will likely point you to a cylinder, or multiple cylinders. From there, you can swap coils around, to see if the code follows the coil, or cylinder, or heck, you could have a bad / disconnected plug wire, or a bad spark plug. Lots of possibilities. Start with basics, read codes, and investigate the hardware.

So the value cover gasket has been fix. The oil was leaking on the 8th cylinder spark plug which cause it to misfire. Changed the spark plug and issue resolved. Thanks for the info for everyone.
