Power Seats Lost Their Mind

Drivers seat power controls have lost their mind the seat won't travel all the way back and when it does you push fwd it goes back and vice versa, the front of seat bottom goes up when you push the button down and same for the back of seat bottom. An here recently the seat seems to be stuck about mid travel it will go fwd closer to steering wheel but not any further back than midway. Any ideas on this whacked out HOE???
