Frankly I have forgotten exactly how I hooked it up and in what sequence. I think I was able to do the radiator section or the pump section but not both easily. At one point I considered going to solid hose but eventually it was pump first then behind radiator with some prying. The radiator was just too close and I considered taking out the radiator which would give tons of clearance. I think i reattached the old hose at that end to be sure the threads were still OK and to see the angle under a very bright halogen work light which helped. After visualizing the angle and some careful prying it threaded but with almost zero clearance. PITA for sure
