Power Steering reservoir slightly wet?

clamp master cylinder into vise by its body boss's. dont crush it.
Screw in plastic tubing adapters that comes with new MC, attach tubes, then lay other end into resivour..
fill with B-fluid, use phillips screwdriver to depress plunger slow and repeatedly untill no more bubbles come out the tubes.. its simple..
