Hey guys, how is your PPV running and has increased engine hours from police idling effected the engine at all?
Mine are very high, many hours of idling running on a clean propane from the police.
How many hours do you guys have on your PPV and should I even be concerned?
I have a 2019 with 165000km
Thanks, let me know!
Mine runs great, but I recently had a failed lifter so I'm doing a full delete.
How long has your PPV lasted. ??
Yo the 2015 ers

When i was looking to get my Tahoe from Chicago Motors I looked at a nice one, with 64k on the clock , however it had like 7400 engine hours, So I looked up on Google and according to Ford, one engine hour is equal to 33 miles. That being said that Tahoe hade the equivalent of 253000 miles. No way was I going for that. the one I ended up with using that formula had less miles than engine hours. Just do the math and be safe.

I think your calculator needs new batteries. 33 X 7,400 =244,200
Even if you added 244,200 and 64,000, you not be at 253,000.

These things are idling on propane, the engine will still be clean as he'll.
My Dad has been driving a 2015 PPV for years, he is 250k km ish and has over 18 000 hours!
And never an engine problem.
