PPV, does someone have a list of all differences?

I remember in the 2000's I had a 95 and 96 Caprice 9C2 police car and other than the green silicone colling hoses, suspension, a harder 2nd gear shift and a speed limiter lifted it was the same as the later Impala SS. It had a tested speed of 152 mph. Wish I had kept my last one.

I have heard of 9C1 which is the Police package and I have heard of 9C3 which is the Taxi package. What is a 9C2??????

I think it's hilarious that people still think chipped is a thing. ECMs/PCMs haven't had replaceable chips (PROMs) since the mid 90s.

I am still a fan of the 94-96 impala. Such a beautiful car. If they’d just done ANYTHING other than optispark.

I am still a fan of the 94-96 impala. Such a beautiful car. If they’d just done ANYTHING other than optispark.

There are kits that remove the optispark and change to coil near plug ignition. I'd love to have another 96 Impala, I miss mine.
