Problems with BlackBear AutoCal! NEED HELP

Just got my AutoCal tuner. I followed the instructions and downloaded the necessary programs. However, when I plug in my tuner, on the Black Bear website it says just to plug in in, scroll to "Record Data". But when I press OK on Record Data, it just says "Options Missing"

Did I miss a step? For over 500 bucks I wish I would have got a little more instructions.
Anybody have experience with these tuners or know how to help my problem.

Using the Autocal to reprogram your pcm is not the simplest thing to do,even with the detailed instructions provided by BB. Definitely contact BB if you have any more issues.

Took me reading directions half a dozen times. Then i had to do the update, holly crap, shouldnt have been the 2 night project it turned into
