Good day all. I have a 2018 tahoe ppv. I know about the wire between the seats needing to be splice together in order for the horn to work. My diagnostic tool shows both an open and a short to ground on the horn secondary circuit. I have been trying to find the problem for many days now and can not seem to resolve it. Any suggestions or any help ?
