I'm in the process of retrofitting a pair of oem headlights with s2000 Honda projectors. There are a few threads here that people did retros, search around, I'll post some links later. Also in a day or two I'm post how to do this whole process :)

You will see nothing with those type of aftermarket headlamps.
They are for halogen bulbs and barely functional at that ... they actually get worse if you put hid bulbs in them.

Since they almost always end up in the trash anyway it'd be more constructive to donate that money to a charity.

WEven though I have HID's in my Denali projectors, a retrofit would be better overall. I wanted to put more light down on the road and did not want to blind oncoming traffic. Seeing that there was a cut off in the denali headlight projectors, I went with those. With a halogen bulb, light output was still horrible. I went with DDM 5000k 9005 raptor kit 55w. It gave me the light out put that I wanted and didnt blind oncoming traffic due to the cutoff. For the best bang for your buck, go with a retrofit. It is costly, bit well worth it. As a matter fact, saving as we are speaking!

Now people say that HIDs work horribly in stock housing but I run them all the time in mine and just put halogens in yesterday and my HIDs did so much better even in stock housings. It might blind other people but if thinking selfishly a PNP HID kit would be worth the money.
