Propane or autogas as it is Called is safe and governed by government design standards. Tanks are extremely safe in fact safer then the oem gas tank. Bi-fuel means that you can use gas or propane, but the system operates between the two automatically. Propane ranges in price from $.40 a to two dollars a gallon around the country.
