I've a PS fluid leak coming from around the shaft of the linkage. This looks like a failed shaft o-ring to me and I'm wondering if it is repairable or if I need to purchase a new pump. See the attached picture. First time posting so hopefully the attachemnt comes through.

Thanks for the help!

Frank

Pull the pitman arm, remove the old seal, clean, replace new seal, replace pitman arm.

Sounds easy enough. I'm assuming that with the pitman arm off that I will have easy access to the seal - correct or not? It looks to me like the box needs to come out and be disassembled to replace the shaft seal. Probably not too difficult but likely a few hours and a good seal kit would do the trick. It would help to know what I'm going to find in there if i need to disassemble it, however. I'm looking for a decent video on Youtube. Any suggestions?
