Pulled a p0171 code.

First time the "idiot light" service engine light came on, pulled the code p0171 which relates to the MAF sensor, pulled that cleaned it though it wasnt dirty and the lights still on. Looking for any input or advice from you guys on what to check next.

Did you clear the code? If not, it might take awhile to clear on its own. It will eventually clear if you took care of the issue, but it doesn't happen immediately.

no i havent cleared it yet guess i thought it would go away, ill do that in the morning thanks.

pulled the code again (lean bank?), this time i noticed on the reader in the top right corner it said "$10" its is referring to some part or something else?

Check for leaky ducting between maf and throttle body.
