they act as the springs for the front end. It is typical to see them adjusted differently to level the truck side to side.

unknown at this time.
Torsion bars on a 4x4 are used in place of coil springs used on 4x2. Because front axles go right between the control arms, spring won't fit so a torsion bar uses twisting force on the lower control arms to support the front end.

If your ride height is correct in the front I would not mess with them.

tire pressure, shocks or sway bar, steering components. check these.

The torsion keys being cranked differently should not effect the handling as long as the truck is sitting level side to side.

My tire size on the front may be to blame.

Driver Size Tire: 295/ Passenger: 305/ Both 24" Rims

i think that will make a big difference. specially it really need a big time alignment.. the Toe need to be set properly..

THe car is at the paint Shop for Body work and paint.. ones its out i will switch the passenger tire with same size as the driver side and get a wheel alignment.

i let you know what happen..

i did check all you mention and there all good.
