purpose of Torsion Bar?

Tire size it is. I would match trhe tire sizes ASAP.

+1, different size tires side-to-side is a no-no on any vehicle. Of course ultimately it's all about overall circumference, but I'm willing to bet they are not the same size.

If this is also the case on the rear drive wheels I'd have to expect at least a certain degree of driving issues correlated as well as one would be spinning more than the other.

Correct.. . but i guest i will just need to replace the tire..

yeah, is it just the one tire is different on the truck? You can run different sizes front and rear but not side to side

Yes.. i figure it out.. the on tire size on the rear should have been on the front.. and the front tire should have been on the rear.. LOL last owner din know anything about tires i guest

i will switch them out in 2 weeks. when i get my car from the body shop
