Boss, if you are still shaking/vibrating, you may want to check component of the drivetrain.
Do you sit up to 1/2" higher than before?

The vibration came back driving into work :nono:

There is a definite improvement in handling though.

...it's kind of a shaking/trembling on hwy roads that are not totally flat. And it's not all the time, just when I hit some slight uneven road. Driving around the neighborhood, no problem.

You live in Dallas don't you? Why don't you and I meet up and maybe you can check it out..everyone is stumped, Jeff drove it and unfortunately didn't have the solution either.

I do live in Dallas, but won't be back in town until the end of the schoole semester, a bit over a month now.
I can tell you this though. I assume you have the t-arm relocators since you have a 5" McG or DJM drop right? If not, I would hop on those quick as they are know to fix driveline vibration from the NBS to NNBS (I put mine in to avoid future problems, but did not notice much of a difference). Then if you don't have hubcentric rings, may want to try those too, because I am proof to say that when I used to hit 50MPH-60MPH before the rings my truck used to shake like the 24" wheels were about to shoot from under the truck, now I installed the rings, the driveline vibration is completely gone, and it rides just like stock.
Does this vibration happen at slow speeds sometimes?

Oh yeah, now that Titanium reminded me, are you sure your rear wheels are not slightly bent/deformed?
Only asking because I have heard the U2 wheels have those issues (JR's Auto Custom's and Underground Customs in Dalllas said it too).
That can cause vibrations like Titanium was having.

Yea I have the Tarm relocators already, and I switched up to stock wheels for a while and still had the vibration so centric rings is out. Hell, I had the vibration before I transmission rebuilt...tranny was pulled off and on 4 times now.

Man I've done everything I personally know to do on this (which isn't too much honestly) so I'm at a loss now

Ok this is a weird since you only get it at high speeds.
Maybe it coulb be a rotor issue, do you feel anything when you are braking at high speeds?
Maybe it could be an issue in the rear axle like bearings or something.

Hey so how much higher is it compared to the McG height Boss (vision guesstimating)?
Did you have isolators in/out before, and what about now?

Try sectioning some material out of the panhard I have experienced something similar when going over concrete separations on the highway but it is more of a wandering or sway than a vibration. I'd measure the frame with the panhard removed to center the axle to determine how much material to remove, I think 3/8" to 1/2" is what I measured on my truck with the 5305 settled. I'd love an adjustable panhard for these trucks.

Height has gone up at most 1/2inch.

Basically to answer your questions, I can't reproduce it whatsoever...not braking, not happening at a certain speed etc.

I think it's the suspension geometry somewhere...maybe max is on to something, because what "seems" to be happening is there is a slight wavy bump that I hit on the hwy, and that puts upward force on one side ..then the other side compensates and bam bam bam it's a vibration/shaking that seems to be compounding itself for about 3 seconds.

I think I kind of get where you are coming from.
On my Tahoe when I was running the Pedders rear coils and some s/e, for some reason my stiff ass stock shocks ran 2/3 bolts on my shock extenders loose (the bolts eventually fell off) and when the rear would hit a bump, the shocks would completely screw shit around and make the trucks rear sway left/right (no vibes though).
The best I can describe my issue as would be a rear bumpsteer type effect.
It started getting so annoying I figured if I had to go down anf fix it, I might as well order a 5" kit with new Bell SP shocks.
Would you call your issue a type of rear bumpsteer/vibration effect?
If so, what Max said could def. be an area of concern, or maybe deformed/bent t-arms?
Problem is shortening the panhard sounds like it could be hard (maybe not)?
