Quarter glass seal replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the seals around the big glass on the rear? Or do I need a glass company to do it? One of mine is sticking up and I want to fix it, I think it may be actually leaking into the back because the back carpet is pretty wet all the way through. I hope it's not the case but it's definitely pretty ugly help?! Anyone?!
