Changed the hinge pins and bushings on my right cargo door this afternoon. Holy chit was that a project! Ended up with a die grinder with a cut off wheel to cut the pin at the mating surfaces to get the door off then heat the ends with a torch. The bottom hinge wasn't too bad, or the bottom of the top hinge. But the head of the pin on the top hinge was a @#$%^&* *****!!!!!

Finally got it though. Shut nice but still didn't open very good. Finally figured out the weatherstrip was folding inward between the doors as it closes and causes a bind when you go to open it. Guess that will be added to the list to work on.
