Going to put a 2.5" front 1.5" rear leveling kit on the Suburban. We pull a camper a few times a year and I'm thinking I want to install the Airlift 1000's on the rear to help with that. My question is, should I do a 1.5" rear to level it and just leave the airbags aired down to 0 psi unless I'm towing, then air them up while towing. It seems this would keep from using the airbags all of the time. Am I overthinking this? Just want to do it right the first time. The camper weighs around 5000# and I know it will sag the rear down pretty good. I know some have used the airlifts exclusively in the rear for lift, but not sure if I want to have to worry about keeping air pressure checked all of the time.
