i am thinking of getting 2 12 inch subs with a amp anywhere from 560w-1000w. i have a 2000 Yukon Denali with the Bose system, im wondering if there is any way i can keep the stock system and just add the box to the back and hook up the subs to the aftermarket amp and factory head unit. would this work?
thanks

Yeah you will just need a line out convertor to run your signal to the amp. Pretty straightforward install

Yes what you do is tap into the speaker leads usually to the rear speakers since you probably mount the amp in the back. then the box converts the signal to rca inputs.

No the input to the convertor comes from the speaker leads, the box has rca preouts on the other end. Those plug in the input of your amp, which has outputs that connect to your subs
