question on door speakers

got a bad sounding speaker in the passenger front door. So my question is how to get to them. Does the grill pop off or do I have to remove the door panel?

If it matters, I have a 2002 Hoe.

I could be wrong but i believe you remove the door panel and the grill tabs are on the back side and thats how you get the cover off.

El captain is right,remove the door panel and then you will have access to the speakers. Remove the lock/unlock button and there is a 7mm ( i think) behind there and under the grab handle. Then on the right side of panel, htere is a t20 torx behind a button cover. Then there is a push pin that you have to remove on the opposite side. Remove the door hadle bezal and the door panel is ready to come off. Then you pull up on the panel and remove panel from door.
