Are replacement mirror glass with heat available or do I have to locate an entire mirror(ethier junkyard or dealer).
I have aftermarket mirrors with heat but they bounce and make me dizzy.
They are mounted properly.

I'd like to take my OEM non-heated ones and just replace the non-heated glass/mirror if possible.
Thanks

nothing on this ????

How about the difference between the silver colored heated mirror glass and the bronze colored ones.
Both have the dimming feature as well as heat.
Thanks,
tony

unknown at this time.
If they are not oem you will have to contact the maker to see if the glass sheet itself is replaceable like on the mirrors we have now.

I want to locate OEM heated glass to put into OEM mirror bodies; The glass and backer just snap onto the motor body ring.
I"ve already added the wiring.
Do you know of a source?
My local dealership is not helpful.
Thanks
Tony

if you want a heated option you will have to strip the whole assemblies off a donor vehicle. I forget which ones will fit. Denali 1999-2000 I think?

I hear ya on the bouncing.
I did mine last year with aftermarket heated and they bounced for awhile.

I got tired of the bouncing and jammed in a chunk of think and wide foam door weather stripping from home depot. They come in rolls. I cut up 1inch chunks and left the paper backs on. Then I jammed them in between the glass and the plastic housings. I kinda tucked them in right flush with the glass using a butter knife so you can hardly tell they are there. And you can still adjust the glass.. And they won't get all soggy with snow and rain and stuff.

Try it , it may work for you.
Good luck!
