Question regarding a lift kit

I knew it was to good to be true. I had ben researching on a 6.5 dick cepek only to find out they are no longer made. So much for that:emotions122:

That's one thing I do prefer about my Jeep Wrangler: lift kits are cheap! I paid under $400 for a complete 3.25" suspension lift that included 4 new coil springs, 4 new shocks, sway bar links, track bar brackets, etc. I ended up with more axle articulation, better suspension flex, and more room for larger tires.

A good kit for my Tahoe is at least $1000, and I won't end up with better suspension flex or axle articulation at all, due to the stupid IFS. I'll just end up with a stock suspension that happens to push the frame farther in the air making room for larger tires! :( So I have to pay more for less!

That about sums it up.

As for fiding a lift, keep an eye on Graigslist and the for sale section on GMT400, fullsize chevy and so on. They do pop up sometimes.
