I did the foam , heater and cover from the seat shop.
The only headache was if you dont pull the whole seat. i did it just pulling out the lower pan and had to disconnect like 7 or 8 harnesses.
once off, had it swapped out and back in in about 40 minutes.
i did look at other aftermarket, but like you it was only my drivers that was shot and i wanted to keep it factory looking.

I just ordered the bottom cover portions from Richmond Auto Upholstery. They're guaranteed to match the original leather. They sell the covers for every part of the front seats and armrests and also have video how-to's.
