I did the R1. You can catch a deal. If you got a junkyard with the parts I would go bigger. All my junkyards had been stripped.

If anyone is interested in doing this GMT 800 to 900 front brake conversion upgrade, I'm selling the front calipers and brackets from a 2011 Tahoe and the brand new stainless lines. I wanted to do this but decided to sell my Tahoe. I'm not sure how to add pictures, but I've sprayed them red with high temp paint. They are in very nice condition. Asking 250 shipped.

Wish I was. I did r1 rotors but that's a solid deal.

darn good deal

Edit: you should specify if they are new or used. If its a junkyard pull its not quite the deal i was thinking...

Hi, I am new to the forums and want to know if this brake upgrade is something I can do to my 2003 Yukon XL 1500 equipped with normal brake booster? The parts appear to be readily available off the shefp parts. Appreciate any help.
it will definitely work on your Yukon, shop around calipers are cheap
