2000Escalade

Hi friends!
I bought a 2000 Escalade a few weeks back with 120,000 miles. Love it so far!
So today, I noticed a coolant leak on the front drivers side of the engine. It looks like I'm leaking coolant where the Radiator meets the end tank. Do you think I should replace the whole radiator or can I get away with just replacing the end tank?
How difficult is replacing the radiator? And will a radiator from a Tahoe/Yukon fit into the Escalade? Hoping to use OE parts, but if you recommend an aftermarket brand I'd consider it.
