Also I found a Delphi RA20109 for $134 brand new? Seems to be lowest price. Sound good?

it is a one row core but that is standard and has both coolers installed. and yes that is a good price.

Is a dual core overkill for me? I don't tow and I might use 4x4 1 week a year.

not at all if anything the fan clutch won't tighten as much which will free a couple of horses but when it gets hot you will be able to extract more heat quickly. From all three fluids.
