I had to replace the battery the other day and ever since then everything related to the radio including the screen and the buttons below it hasn't worked. The screen does backlight and come on for the reverse camera but that's it.
All the connections at the battery are clean and tight, I tried disconnecting it for a bit and that didn't help. Doing searches I found similar issue with silverado and those posts mentioned removing the radio and amp fuses and that didn't do anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a reset that needs to be done or something else anyone knows of? It's a 2017 Tahoe.
