radio buttons not working

2011 LT bose system no nav

info button, menu button, and first preset button not working.
also memory function for seats and mirros dosent work now either.

bought this tahoe a week ago everything worked fine untill this afternoon when I programend a replacement key thats when I noticed the radio problem
