Radio help 2003 Yukon

I have the bose sound system and I also notice that when I llock the doors using key fob clicker the red light blinks on unit..... I really want to upgrade the unit I need to know what I need to do so I have the sub in center console along with amp... will replacing the radio mess with anti theft system? and is that opening true double din? or does it need modding? any suggestions of something to replace the rear radio controls that's easy?

new radio wont mess with anti theft. dash can hold a double din, need to clearance the panel though. tons of info on the net for it. as far as the factory amp. by the bypass harness from metra and let the new head unit do all the work. bypassing the rear controls is easy. just remove the rear part of the center console...pull the wires and splice the colors together...blue to blue, brown to brown you get the picture.
