OK I know I/'m a dum ass but I am not sure if it applies this time.
I just bought an 05 Yukon XL Denali and when I listen to the radio and hit the mute button on the steering wheel, apparently Onstar shuts off the radio and tries to reach onstar -(I am not a subscriber) After about 5 minutes of ringing, a voice (from heaven?) says something like "unable to connect to Onstar" and then the radio comes back on. I tried pushing lots of buttons to shut off the ringing to no avail.
I tried the manual.
