Rally Armor UR+ Mud Flaps

Got around to installing the Rally Armor UR+ mud flaps.
Most time consuming part was templating for the factory fender liner screw holes but thankfully I was able to do the entire thing with the wheels on. Once I templated one side it was easy to transfer to the other but the front and rear are different so 2 templates were necessary.
These won't be for everyone, I wanted something that stuck out a bit front the fender to give a bit of a different look. Had to move the fronts out with a second set of holes but oh well.
Grabbed some Hillman Screw-In rivets and rubber bushings since 1 factory liner screw was recessed a bit. I'll need to find some longer T15 factory screws to add an additional bushing to another liner screw but thus far its working out just fine since the flaps are able to contour pretty easily. Got some snow this morning and so far they're doing exactly what I wanted, plus I like the look of them.

Dewalt right angle attachment was critical in being able to do this without the wheels being taken off.
Drilled one factory position screw first and mounted the flap, clamped the other side to the fender liner to level and position it where I wanted it.

Here are a few more pictures of the push rivets I added, simply drilling through the flap and into the liner.
Once I get the longer T15 screws this wave in the flap should go away and be more straight.



The push rivet is now fully recessed but I added the top 2 on this flap in the front.

Did the no-drill Weathertech not exist when you put these on your truck? I haven't put them on yet, but I have a set of the Weathertech ones, they match the lower plastic trim on the truck, look to provide the same coverage as yours, and are no-drill.

I've got the weathertech no drill mud flaps. Easy to install and they look great, matching the plastic finish on the lower 1/4 of the bumpers.

IMO the plastic weather tech and husky liner ones look hideous. I have a set of the Rally Armor flaps like the OP. Have not put them on yet. To each his own.

Hideous how? From the looks of these Rally ones, the WT ones look pretty similar in dimensions and thickness— just without the company logo and dissimilar material/finish.
