A lower positive offset moves the wheel spokes away from the caliper. The closer you get to '0' the further away from the caliper you will get and the further out the wheel will stick from the wheel well, and then below '0' into negative territory is when they really start to stick out. This assuming we are comparing the same width wheel.Except the factory wheels have 28MM positive offset and the ones you are considering have positive. You show in this example negative offset.
