flex plate is a holdover from upgrading lol
i was unsure about the spacing, bolt pattern, offset, etc didnt feel like buying another one that i wouldnt know if it worked when the one i had was "working" but i think ive figured all that out
thats the worry with 149s even the rebuilts it hard to know to what extent they rebuilt it. just cleaned everything up and replaced bearings chain and pump? like thats a 200$ rebuild that theyre charging 1100 bux for. if they started with a good core maybe thats all they needed. for 75% of people that may be plenty and last a long time. but i dont know sucks i wish there was a better case to use or newer or after market but there doesnt seem to be outside of like trophy truck $25k billet transfercases so i dont know....2wd would make life easier
no trans either...called a time or two yesterday, no pick up. ill try again next week
