Ok so a lady friend has a 02 Tahoe (Lt) I believe. She's having a problem with her lights randomly dimming out the coming back. Said it does it worse at night. And only does it after 15-20 minutes of driving. The alternator and batter have both been checked and load tested, checked out good. Also said "sometimes" the voltage gauge drops as well. But not every time..
Kind of at a loss...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Check the wires from the battery to the pcm and all the fusable links

I agree make sure the battery terminals are on clean and tight and make sure there is no problems with wiring, hook up a tracer and sniff it out, do negative and positive wires, Also check the fuses for good seats and check the main wire terminal going into the fuse box. Check the wires on the back lights so its not frayed or exposed wire causing the voltage dip and the lights dimming in the back. Open each wire on the tail lights and the trailer wiring fo see if any wires are frayed or exposed. I hope this helps.
