How about a sound clip or something? Otherwise I'd be inclined to just guess that someone left a baby rattle and just moves back and forth when accelerating or decelerating.
Cross member bolts tight? WAG

Sorry for delayed response was sick over the weekend. Just got a chance to get under it again yesterday evening. I got a sound clip but can’t figure out how to load on here. But what I found is puzzling. I checked the heat shields again removed the plugs on the bell housing couldn’t see anything unusual. So I fired it up got back underneath no noise as expected since it isn’t doing it at idle much at all. I started hitting the bell housing and exhaust with no duplication of the noise. Then I hit the exhaust where it is bolted together just before the muffler and the rattle started. I hit it again it stopped. It sounds like it is coming from the bell housing area. I pulled the driver 02 sensor it appears intact. So my only though is possibly pulling that section of exhaust and seeing if something is laying in there. Any thoughts or suggestions?

It's very likely to be an internal piece of the cat or muffler that has failed. Disconnect the piping and take a peak or pull it out completely and bang it on the ground to see what comes out.

Cats gone. But I hit the muffler it didn’t rattle. Sounds like it’s at the bell housing where the driver side pipe crosses over

I myself am having a problem with a rattling noise mostly occurring at idle. I think it is something within the muffler that is loose but I have a video of it below. Any ideas?

One other thought, you may want to check the flex plate for cracks.

How would I do that? The access plug in the bell housing doesn’t let me see much.

Endoscope, I suppose. Someone on here has actually done this type of inspection, maybe without removing the tranny.
