RCA output conversion to HDMI - 2015 Yukon XL

We have a 2015 Yukon with the entertainment system that came with RCA inputs in the middle console. Has anyone tried to convert this to HDMI like the 2017 and newer ones come with? I am wondering if I can find a parted out 2017+ vehicle and just switch out those components.
