Can anyone tell me is a throttle body spacer good or not good for a vortech?? if it is how does it help,and if it aint why dont it help...

its worthless..it works on older motors because the air and fuel comes in at the same point so the spacer helps them mix better before going through the intake..on vortecs the fuel is direct injected instead of like a carb or TBI...so all it does is lighten you wallet.

Spend the money elsewhere. I used to have a poweraid spacer years ago and the only thing it added was a nice whistle noise.
