I have an 04 tahoe and I did a 3 inch spacers in the rear 3 inch spindle up front and keys, and I had to completely decrank the keys to get the front close to the rear. That made the front really soft, I need more height in the rear so I can lift the front up to stiffen thefront and clear the tires better. My question is can I stack spacers or do one on top and bottom, or do some skyjackerlift lift coils. And if I do I haveto do any dropping of the track, panhard, or swaybar end links.

Thanks, Ben

I wouldnt stack spacers. maybe the skyjacker lift springs would be good choice, or z71 coils are said to give an inch or 2. I would expect you to nee ad least a panhard relocation bracket(s). The rear may be pushed over quite a bit with 3-5 inches of lift. you may find one wheel rubs and the other stick out!

Good luck, post some pics.

If u go any higher than 3"-4" on the rear the panhard bar will be too short and kick the right side out and pull the leftside in. U can order the 6" springs but will need to get the panhard bar drop bracket to go with it...I think I still have my 6" springs I could well u for cheap I'll check Tom

Brandon did you ever find out if you still had your 6 inch springs? Also do you know where I could get a panhard bar drop and sway bar end links?

I honestly wouldnt even run those 3" spacers in the rear. I would get new coils out back.

I already put them in, I need to crank my keys up to clear the tires up front better, but the front is already 2 inches higher than the back. So the back had to go up.

I'll check tomorrow on the springs. On the bracket I just ordered it from skyjacker. As for sway bar links, my dad had a 6" skyjacker kit on his 01 f250 and he didn't use his rear sway links. Come to find out they are a perfect fit for a Tahoe lifted 6-9" in the rear.
