where is the rear a/c drain line located on a 07 tahoe

No such thing, these SUVs have one drain for the evap. core which is behind the passenger side firewall area.

but the rear a/c lines will drip condensate off the lines if you live in a humid area....so water dripping near right rear wheel well is normal if that is what you were asking....
