Rear AC Trouble. Mindboggler.

The rear AC was blowing hot air, common problem. So I purchased a new control module. Reset the system following this page advice : http://www.sparkys-answers.com/2011/08/hvac-actuator-recalibration-procedure.html
Still the same. So I buy a new blend door actuator. No fix. I noticed that the blend door is broken and the piece that fits inside the motor is nowhere to be seen through the little hole. At least i know that's why it is stuck on hot.

Here is what gets me, multiple resetting of the HVAC system with both the old and new control modules and when the rear control knobs are turned neither the position actuator or the blend door moves actuator at all? Previous to this I could adjust the floor or overhead setting but it was just hot air. Did i just get a bad replacement module?
Where can I buy a new blend door? No doing that blend door fix heater treater thing. I searched and searched and all that comes up are the actuators. Even then I need to find out why no actuators are moving.

This is what i did and it worked for me.

Recalibrate once they are installed and before you put cover on. you should see them move. Don't recalibrate if they are not installed as they will go to zero position and be very difficult to install.

I glued the blend door and have a new control module and new blend door actuator and have tried every actuator reset trick out there and now my drivers side ac starts blowing hot after 20 seconds of on time. I had this problem before and one way of fixing it worked for awhile but ac kept randomly going hot on drivers side, shut off the , turn it on and ac would come out, now after multiple resets of every kind the drivers side goes hot after 20 seconds, this thing I got it a great truck these bugs are driving me insane .
