Rear Air Not Working Correctly

I'll be taking it in under bumper to bumper to have it looked it, but I couldn't find a similar thread. My rear air vents are opposite of what is commanded from the front or when set in the rear. It only blows from the roof vents when floor is selected. From the top vents are selected it blows from the floor.

Local gmc dealer got it taken care of. HVAC computer reprogram and calibrated the system. Now just to ensure it stays working
