Rear axle removal?

You can tell if it is a g80 like this:
1) slowly spin one tire while both are jacked. The opposite wheel will spin the other way
2) rapidly spin the wheel. It will “kick back”, spinning both wheels in same direction. This is the gov lock kicking in if it is a g80

On the plus side if you have a limited slip diff and you have an axle seal that is slowly weeping just replace the diff fluid with new full synthetic with diff additive and the diff additive will actually help the parking brake to work again.
