Rear Brake upgrade, worth it?

I have 6 piston front brakes, has anyone upgraded their rear brakes and was it worth it over just the front? Im thinking of the CTS-V rear 4 piston brake upgrade

I am thinking of doing the same. Did you use the 2021 and up 6 piston calipers and rotors? Could you tell me what to do and is it worth it? I am going to need pads soon for my front.

Just saw your message. I bought my Tahoe used a few thousands miles ago amd it already had them. Check out YouTube. There is a truck part company that details the whole install. Truck stops awesome, I’m sure you will love the upgrade if you do it
