So I finally got my 3in body lift on my 99 Yukon SLT, the kit came with a 3in front bumper brackets. Well come to find out theres no brackets for the rear. So now the bumper in the back is all out of wack and looks terrible with a huge gap there. I have searched online for 3in rear bumper brackets, but no luck. Is this something im going to have to take to a body shop and have them make something? If anyone knows how you did yours or any kits out there let me know.
Thanks
-Anthony

Mine came with a 3" body lift and when I took it off they cut the frame and welded it up 3". I had to cut it off and reweld them back in the stock location.

some guy on here had the same problem. his bumper looked weird. he managed to find a piece of plastic that matched the bumper and filled in the gap like that. he posted a picture too. i don't think its too difficult and its the easiest way out.

well there are no brackets, you HAVE to cut the frame and remove the side brackets completely off (leave them off) then you have to drill holes into the frame and mount it to the lower bolt location only, thats what i was told and will be doing it this week or next week ill let ya know how it goes and take pics while doing it

If you know anyone that can do some minor metal fab they should be able to make you some custom bumper mount plates with a step up in them. It seems to me like just moving it up and utilizing only 2 bolts to hold it on negates the reason for having a rear bumper all together.
