Rear Bumper Search

Does anyone know of a company that makes rear bumpers similar to Tactical Armour Group's Multicarrier? I originally had my heart set on that, but for every good review I saw there were 20 negative. I'm not about to shell out $1k for shoddy weld work and faulty lock mechanisms. A lot of folks seem to have had issues with them.
