Am looking to add a bumper with a tire carrier for my soon-to-be mine 96 two door Tahoe. Anybody have an experience with the tactical armor grou?

I was going to order one from them, but they told me it would be over a 2 month wait from the time I placed my order. I ended up buying one from EMS Offroad for my 95 Tahoe. picture.jpg

Did you buy the bumper all together from EMS offroad? or just the tire carrier and make up your own bumper? It looks sweet. Better pictures PLEASE.

I agree with more pics. I'm going to be in need of something like this relatively soon.

Very nice. I've been on their web site and they do not advertise building bumpers; just supplying parts. Also do not advertise installation. What did the bumper and carrier cost? Would do installation myself. Thanks for the images!!!!!!!

They quoted me $800.00 for the bumper and tire carrier, but I had them do a bunch of other work including 2 new driveshafts, dana 60 rear, 4.10 gears up front, new crossover steering, new radiator, oil cooler lines, power steering hoses, oil change, coolant flush, among other things. I spent about $5000.00 for all the work they did, but they said if they were to do it again, they would charge about $1100.00 to make another one like mine. They used AutoCad to design the bumper, so if anyone wants one for a chevy, they have a digital pattern to make more duplicates.:)
