For some reason, the rear decals on my 2007 Denali bother me. I was thinking about moving the GMC to just above the handle and replacing it with a Denali emblem. So it will look something like the photo I attached. I know the photo is kinda ghetto but that's the best I could do to illustrate what I mean. I noticed on Escalades, it's chrome right above and below the rear handle (not sure what that area is called). Is that something I can just buy and glue on? Also, does anyone know where I can buy the GMC emblem in chrome for the rear and also one to replace on the front grille? The front grille emblem appears to be one that will pop off and snap back in, where the rear will need to be glued or some other method of adhesive. Appreciate the input.

The appliqué from the Esky is interchangeable with the Yukon appliqué. DwDrummer did that mod on his Tahoe and it looks real good. Maybe he will see this thread and post a pic.

What's the best way to remove the GMC emblem then reattach it? I saw 3M has an adhesive. Once I get the emblem off, I'd imagine there will be some glue underneath. What's the best way to make it appear as thought there it was never there? I saw a pic of the guy you mentioned with the GMC on the applique and I like it. I'm gonna put a Denali emblem in its place to match the Yukon on the other side. Hopefully I don't scratch up my paint!

Hair dryer over each letter for about 15 sec and slide some fishing line behind it. Saw away and it'll pop off. Repeat for each letter.
Most important step (should be #1 really):
Go get a 3M Eraser wheel - it attaches to a drill and the residue from each letter will come off in 10 sec max.

From there, wash the area, cleaner wax, finishing wax, done.

I was nervous about doing it too, but debadged my whole Denali in 25 min.
