rear door hinges?

Ok, I'm not 100% sure what this part is that I need so I'm looking for some input. Opening the back doors of my Yukon isn't very smooth. The hinge seems to be wearing out - when I say hinge it's not the parts you can see riding on pins, it's the part that goes into the door from the body of the truck about half way up the inner door. It seems to be almost grinding and not allowing the doors to open smoothly. I have used WD40 and silicone spray to help lube it but I think they just need to be replaced.

My search for rear door hinge brings up 1000 items I don't need so I assume I'm calling it something wrong, any input or advice?
